Strength Classes - STR

Strength:

 

This 60-minute session is dedicated to strengthening both the upper and lower body, featuring exercises like deadlifts, squats, bench presses, overhead presses, and Olympic lifts. Each session is meticulously designed to ensure progression, by balancing overload and recovery, leading up to a testing week at the end of each cycle.

Hybrid Training

DURATION

Hybrid training, which combines strength and conditioning exercises, offers a comprehensive approach to fitness by integrating movements like deadlifts, squats, and bench presses with high-intensity interval training (HIIT) elements such as sprints, jump rope, and plyometrics. This method provides a balanced workout that improves muscular strength, cardiovascular endurance, agility, and flexibility. Hybrid training is suitable for everyone, regardless of fitness levels or training experience. It allows for customisation to meet individual needs, preferences, and limitations, making it an inclusive option for those looking to enhance their physical health and performance.

Energy System Development (ESD)

Energy System Training:

 

Energy System Development (ESD) sessions are comprised of Interval Work on Ski/Rower/Bike/Running. This works in conjunction with all our other programs. The development of all your energy systems is crucial to help increase your VO2 Max, which will help improve your overall work capacity, enabling you to work harder and stronger, whilst improving your ability to recover from extended periods of training.

DURATION

This presents an excellent chance to display both your mental strength and physical prowess through our distinctive, team-oriented workout sessions, allowing you to push your limits and collaborate with others in a dynamic and supportive environment.
