Staffed Hours?
The 24 hour gyms are always open, but check with your local club regarding the staffing hours.
Is the Wellness Centre 24 hours?
The Wellness centre is only open during staffed hours. Members who have signed up with the ‘plus’ options may book all the wellness treatments on the Nex Level Fitness app.
Can I Freeze my membership?
Of course. We know that sometimes you may need a break or going away on holidays, simply let us know by close of business on Friday before your next direct debit and we’ll pop your membership on freeze. First 8 weeks are free, after that a freezing fee applies.
Is The Wellness Centre available to all members?
The Wellness Plus package is a add on to any membership and only available to members with the plus upgraded membership.
