Our mind body studio allows you to work on any imbalances you may have, in a supportive and friendly environment. The Mind Body Studio has a slower pace than our 247 and Performance facilities, however it will still make our most elite athletes find weaknesses they didn’t realise they had.


Hot Yoga sees the performance of a traditional yoga class in a heated room, with temperatures ranging from 28 – 30 degrees celcius. Hot yoga encourages sweating which detoxifies the body.

Reformer Pilates is a form of pilates performed on a bed-like frame with a flat platform on it which rolls back and forth on wheels which is attached to a set of springs. This exercise works muscles in a large range of motion which is ideal for building and toning muscles, as well as increasing stability throughout the joints.
